Cell Phone Policy:

In honoring everyone's experience here at Sole Haven, we ask that when you are partaking in our sessions your cellphone or other electronic device will be on silent or turned off. Please keep your voice at a lower volume to guarantee your relaxation as well as the relaxation of other guests!

Cancellation Policy:

We require that our customers give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a weekday appointment, 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel for weekend appointments, and 72 hours notice for parties of 4 or more guests. Cancellations without these notices will incur full charge of reserved services.  In some cases, we can change an appointment time within the next two to three days, only if a customer cannot give notice within the aforementioned time limits. 

All appointments will require a 50% deposit to guarantee time of booking. The cancellation fee is the deposit price of service, or 50% of full price, if cancellation does not meet time requirements listed above.

Groups & Parties of 4 or more will require a 20% deposit to guarantee time of booking. This deposit must be made by one person in the party at the time of booking.

Late Policy:

If a customer is late they will pay the full price of their service but the service time will not be extended.

Check In:

So that you may enjoy every minute of your treatment with us we ask that you please arrive 10-minutes prior to your appointment time so that you can fill out our client/medical information form.

Important Health Notice:

Any persons with diabetes, nervous system or cardiovascular disorders, pregnancy, skin conditions, or cancers that may affect the sensation, circulation, or health in the feet may need a specialist's release before our services can be provided.  If you neglect to inform us of such conditions, you do so at your own risk.

Gratuity and Payment:

Gratuity is not included in the price of any treatments.  We accept all major credit cards and cash. Effective June 1st, 2017 all tips must be cash.  All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds are allowed.  Gift cards are not refundable for cash.
